UPPER ROCK TEAM CHALLENGE

Teams of 4 work together in pairs to ascend and descend the Upper Rock 5 times, scaling the equivalent height of Everest!

Get together with a team of friends or colleagues to complete this Challenge. This event is ideal for groups, clubs, business and departments to enter a team. Open to everyone 18 and over of all abilities.

Just for fun or with against the clock, it´s up to you.

Starting at Jews Gate, two members of your team will walk up Med Steps to meet out representative at the top, following the route back down via St Michaels Cave and joining your team mates back at Jews Gate. The other two members will take the same route up and round the wonderful Upper Rock. The relay continues until each team has completed the route 5 times and your Challenge is complete!

Fundraising is unlimited and all funds raised will go to the Charity of your choice. We would recommend each team to raise a minimum of £100.
