INFORMATION FOR CHARITIES
Are you a local Charity looking for new ways to raise funds and increase awareness of the work you do?
We appreciate that many local charities are run by volunteers in their spare time. Raising funds is vital to enable you to continue your work, however, time to develop and market new ideas can put a strain on a charity’s resources and divert attention away from where it is really needed, in providing the care, support and services in our community.
We organise Charity Challenges and events from and in Gibraltar in aid of Gibraltar charities. Our Challenges are all designed to enable participants to choose a local charity to support and raise funds for that cause. In most cases a minimum sponsorship will be required to allow them to participate, and this is where you come in. Provided they raise the minimum sponsorship you will cover part of the cost of the challenge, the balance of the funds raised will be retained by the charity. This is a proven model and has helped many UK charities raise thousands of pounds each year.
By registering as a Charity Partner we will list you among the charities participants can choose to raise money for. When they register we will pass their details to you. It is entirely up to you how much information and support you wish to give them, however the more awareness they have for the work you do they better equipped they will be to advocate the cause and raise funds.
We know how generous and supportive the people of Gibraltar are with many people keen to be involved in one form or another. Perhaps your patrons and members would love the opportunity to do something extraordinary for your Charity.
A great way to raise funds, increase profile and create awareness. Contact us now if you wish to be a Charity Partner.
